Capital Project

The project is a continuation of an ongoing process to maintain our facilities in a cost-effective manner and improve our students’ learning environments as part of the District’s 20/20 vision for 21st Century learning. The scope of the project includes substantial building renovations to the academic wing at Westhill High School, site work at Onondaga Hill Middle School and Walberta Park Elementary for improved safety, and upgrading the districtwide phone system.

•    Academic Wing
o    Renovate 3rd Floor with New Science Classrooms
o    Renovate Bathrooms (All Floors)
o    Replace Roof, Windows, and Exterior Wall
•    Expand Outside Toilet Facilities
•    Boys & Girls Locker Rooms Renovation
•    Repave Grand Ave. Parking Lot
•    Replace Pavers at Main Entrance and Grand Ave.
•    Drainage Improvements to Tennis Courts
•    Other Health & Safety Improvements

Onondaga Middle School
•    Parent Drop-Off Building Entrance Improvements
•    Parent Drop-Off and Staff Parking Lot Improvements
•    Replacement of Upper Parking Lot

Walberta Park Elementary
•    Improved ADA Accessible Entrance

Cherry Road Elementary
•    Replace Existing Steam Boiler
•    Exterior Masonry Restoration
