2010 Summer School Registration Information
OCM BOCES Summer School for grades 9-12 will be held at Cicero-North Syracuse High School this year. Students who have failed a course or a Regents examination are eligible to attend. Students requesting to take an August Regents exam only (without taking the course) must also follow this registration process. All registrations must be through your guidance counselor at Westhill High School, and students must be present to complete and sign registration forms.
Class Information:
Classes begin: Wednesday, July 7, 2010
Classes end: Thursday, August 12, 2010
Regents exams: August 17th, 18th and 19th
Classes are held Monday through Friday (exception - there is no school on Friday, July 23rd, Friday, July 30th, and Friday, August 6th). Transportation will be provided from Westhill to CNS and back. Students must provide their own transportation to and from Westhill each day.
Class Time Schedule*:
Period 1 - 8:00 a.m. to 9:53 a.m.
Period 2 - 10:00 a.m. to 11:53 a.m.
Period 3 - 12:00 p.m. to 1:53 p.m.
*Time slots for specific classes will not be available at the time of registration. Class times will be scheduled following the completion of the registration process in order to ensure proper staffing.
Students will receive class schedules in the mail prior to the first day of classes. If you do not receive a schedule by Tuesday, July 6th, please call the Guidance & Counseling Center at 426-3014.
