For First Grade Graduates!
- I hope you are enjoying your summer. It's been very hot! Try to find a good spot to cool off and read a book. Tell someone about the story! What was your favorite part? Who was your favorite character and why? What did the story remind you of?
- PLay some of the math games we have practiced in our classroom. Some of the games are: Top-it (war), Addition Top it, and Penny/Nickel/Dime Exchange.
- Don't forget to write about your summer adnventures in a journal. Draw some detailed pictures to match! If you like to write letters, you can send me a note and I will write you back!
- Have a safe and happy summer! I will see you in the fall!
