WHS Students Accept Rachel's Challenge
On October 18, students at WHS participated in the Rachel’s Challenge assembly. Rachel Scott was the first victim of the tragic 1999 Columbine High School shootings. Her death, along with her inspirational writings, motivated her family to share Rachel’s insights with students across the country. At the end of the assembly, students were asked to accept five challenges; Look for the Best in Others, Continue to Dream, Be a Positive Influence, Speak and Act with Kindness and Start your own Chain Reaction.
